Every finding should lead back to the evidence.
BeagleFetch is a Canadian eDiscovery and document analysis service for litigation. We reconstruct the matter record across bank statements, agreements, mortgage registrations, emails and document productions — so every material finding can be checked against what actually happened.
Most AI starts with a question. We start with the evidence.

A confident answer is not the same thing as evidence.
Legal AI can summarize documents, draft narratives and identify patterns.
But when the underlying record includes incomplete statements, scanned documents, inconsistent exports, agreements, emails and records from multiple sources, the answer is only as good as what the system was actually given.
If you cannot trace a finding back to the record, you cannot properly verify it.
The analysis is only as good as the record underneath it.
The problem often starts before anyone asks AI a question.
Before analysis begins, the underlying record has to be assembled.
- A statement may be missing.
- The same transaction may appear twice.
- An agreement may change the meaning of a payment.
- A mortgage charge may establish timing.
- An email may explain why a transaction happened.
- A scan may be unreadable.
Those are not AI problems.
They are record problems.
We rebuild the record before we analyze it.
BF-MATTER-004Documents aren’t just searched. They are assembled into a record.
- Bank statements are reconciled.
- Duplicates are identified.
- Missing periods are surfaced.
- Agreements are connected to the transactions they affect.
- Mortgage records are placed in sequence.
- Emails are linked to relevant events.
- Unreadable or incomplete records are explicitly flagged.
We do the work required before the answer can be trusted.
The model should never produce the number.
AI can identify patterns, relationships and questions worth investigating. But amounts, counts and totals that matter to the analysis are computed deterministically from the underlying record — not generated by a language model.

What the evidence looks like.
BF-MATTER-004 / FINDING-017A finding is only useful if you can inspect what supports it.
might be:
$438,216 moved between related entities over a six-month period.
The agreement required repayment before the transaction occurred.
The mortgage charge was registered three days after the transfer.
An email identifies the purpose of a payment that appears unexplained in the bank record.
Two documents describe the same transaction differently.

What firms ask before sending a production.
What is BeagleFetch?
BeagleFetch is a Canadian evidence-reconstruction service for litigation. It rebuilds the underlying record of a matter — bank statements, agreements, mortgage registrations, emails and eDiscovery productions — and returns material findings pin-cited to the document, page and transaction supporting each one. It is a service, not software your firm installs or operates.
Is BeagleFetch legal AI software?
No. Legal AI products such as drafting assistants and research chatbots are software a firm licenses and runs. BeagleFetch is a done-for-you analysis service. AI is used inside it to reason over the record — surfacing patterns, relationships and questions worth investigating — but the firm operates no platform and learns no new system.
How is this different from eDiscovery platforms like Relativity, Everlaw or Disco?
Those are document review platforms: the firm licenses them, hosts data on them and staffs the review. BeagleFetch does the work instead of selling a seat. It also starts earlier — before review, the record itself has to be assembled: statements reconciled, duplicates identified, missing periods surfaced, agreements connected to the transactions they affect.
How does BeagleFetch prevent AI hallucinations in a finding?
By never letting a language model produce the number. In BeagleFetch, AI reasons — patterns, relationships, hypotheses — and deterministic code computes every amount, count, total and reconciliation directly from the underlying record. Each figure resolves to a source document, page and transaction, so a finding can be checked rather than trusted.
Who is BeagleFetch for?
Litigation lawyers, forensic accountants and retained experts working matters where the record is complex, fragmented or difficult to reconcile — tracing movement of funds across accounts and entities, connecting financial activity to agreements and obligations, building evidentiary timelines, and early case assessment.
What do you deliver at the end of a matter?
Six deliverables: a reconstructed matter record, source-backed findings, a reconciled financial analysis, an exceptions report naming missing or unreadable records, an evidence timeline, and next-record requests identifying what further production would close the gaps.
How long does document review take?
It scales with the size of the production, not with reviewer headcount. A few hundred documents and several million pages are very different jobs — but neither is absorbed by putting more people on the file. BeagleFetch scopes the production first, then fixes the delivery date before the work begins, alongside the fixed price. The date covers the whole matter, not one query at a time.
What does it cost?
A fixed price, defined before the work starts, against a defined production and defined deliverables. There are no per-query, per-GB or per-seat fees, and no platform contract to sign.
Where is the data processed, and is it used to train models?
Processing is Canadian and matter-separated, with a defined retention period and controlled access. Client data is never used to train models. These terms hold for every matter and are set out in the engagement.
Does BeagleFetch give legal opinions?
No. BeagleFetch reconstructs and analyzes the underlying record, then surfaces findings, discrepancies, relationships and supporting evidence. The lawyer, expert or retained professional keeps the judgment, the opinion and the signature.
You should not have to trust the answer. You should be able to trace it.
